Presentation Guidelines

The ECHA 2020 conference will offer opportunities to submit and present your research results and/or case studies and experiences in several different formats.
All submissions must be made in English via the online submission platform.

The different formats are the following;

1. SYMPOSIA
A group of 3-5 papers submitted around a common theme. Allowing the presenters 15 minutes each and time for a discussion at the end of the session. Each symposium will have a total duration of 1hr-1h30. The session is moderated by the symposia coordinator.

2. ORAL PRESENTATIONS
Individual papers allowing the author/presenter 15 minutes of oral presentation in a session where 3-5 papers are grouped together around a theme. Authors are requested to select 3 optional themes when submitting their abstract. Time will be provided for discussions at the end of the session. The sessions will have the duration of 1h - 1h30.

3. FLASH PRESENTATIONS
This is an oral presentation as well but the duration is only 8 minutes and the idea is to launch hot topics and allow for more time to discuss and share experiences and opinions in a more informal session with a duration of 45 min - 1 hr. Authors are requested to select 3 optional themes when submitting their abstract. These sessions are planned to take place in the ECHA 2020 Forum space.

4. WORKSHOPS
The workshop sessions will have the duration of 45/60 minutes and are hosted by one or two presenters and is thought to provide practical interactive demonstrations and hands-on experiences for the participants with research tools and methods for example in, but limited to, areas of performing or other art forms.

5. POSTERS
Posters presenting research results and case studies will be placed centrally in the ECHA 2020 Forum space. Posters will be grouped by theme and authors are requested to select 3 optional themes when submitting their abstract as poster. The Poster presenters will be given 5 minutes each to present the poster.
